Organized a seminar in Mumbai to provide information about going to Canada for further studies after 12th and graduation.

On Saturday 24 February 2024, Eco Foundation and Mahalakshmi Vikas Seva Samiti organized a seminar in Mumbai to provide information about going to Canada for further studies after 12th and graduation.

In which information was given to the students and parents by Firoz Khan Sahab, originally from India and now settled in Canada.

Firoz Khan Sahab is a retired officer of Indian Railways and his wife is a retired officer of a bank.

Firoz Khan Sahab has worked as a security officer in Canada.

He is proficient in 5 languages and has worked as a translator officer in the Canadian Embassy.

He also runs a social organization. And attempts to help Indian students live, eat and get admission in college in Canada.

Firoz Khan Saheb said,

To go to Canada, first of all you will have to give IELTS General Training Test, and to take the exam you will have to pay Rs 15000.

An official fee of Rs 15000 will have to be paid.

Therefore, students were asked to pass the examination once so that the financial burden on their parents does not increase.

Diploma and certificate courses are offered after 12th in Canada.

Visit Canada's official site www.canada.ca and learn more about Canada.

If students move to Canada after graduation, they are likely to get citizenship soon.

After 2 years of study, there is a possibility of getting citizen ship after 3 years,

It takes 5 years to settle there.

Before going to any agent, get their information so that you do not get admission in any taluk level college in Canada and ensure that you get admission in the top college in Canada.

It was specifically said not to make any fake documents to go to Canada.

Because people from Punjab, Haryana and Gujarat of India have been banned from going to Canada.

Canada's education ranks very well in the world.

French and English are the spoken languages in Canada.

French language is mandatory to visit Cuba. It is important to know English.

To travel to Canada, the student must complete the process of opening his/her bank account within 48 hours of reaching Canada.

Only students can withdraw the money deposited in the bank.

Students are allowed to work 30 hours a week.

In Canada, it gets cold from -25 to -30 degrees, but do not worry, there is clothing according to the weather, from November to February people work less and stay at home. It is important to save money.

The population of Canada is approximately 4 crores. And in terms of land, it is 4 times bigger than India, the roads are very good, there is no traffic at all.

Therefore, students in India are warned to ride bikes within limits, otherwise you will be caught on camera and fined by the police.

Because once in Canada, 40 students had a party in a parking mall and they sent back 40 students to India in a verdict for playing loud music and raising hands on a police officer.

Shri Lalitbhai Lunavara gave detailed information about how students get loans.

Because to take a loan, you must have your own property so that you can mortgage it.

Whatever period you take the loan for, so that if the student falls ill or faces any other problem, the loan can be repaid later.

A one-time travel fare is added to the loan to pay college fees, books, laptop, hostel rent, etc.

Eco Foundation and Mahalaxmi Vikas Seva Samiti honored Firoz Khan Saheb with a memento.

Writing pads and pens were gifted to all the students by Eco Foundation.

We heartily thank all the students and parents who came to the seminar.
